Therefore, we may require you to provide a bank statement or credit card statement containing the following information: the account holder’s name (which must match the account name) and the last four digits of the account number and/or payment information to.
If you are unable to provide a copy of your bank statement, please submit an image of the front and back of your bank card.
The image must contain CVV2 digits (if available), all digits other than the last four digits of the card number.
Name and card expiration date must be clearly visible.
